This 500-yard residence in DHA Phase 8 was conceived from the earliest stages as a fully integrated architectural and interior design project, allowing every element of the home to evolve through a single, cohesive vision. From the exterior elevation to the finest interior details, the residence was designed to express a clear sense of identity through clean geometry, balanced proportions, and refined materiality. The ground floor unfolds through a sequence of connected yet distinct spaces including a formal living room, VIP lounge, TV lounge, and a custom-designed bar area, each carefully composed to create its own atmosphere while remaining unified within the home’s broader design language. The bar area introduces a sophisticated layer of personality through thoughtful detailing and seamless integration into the architectural scheme. The designer kitchen balances functionality with premium execution, while luxury bedrooms and elegantly resolved bathrooms continue the same material refinement and spatial consistency throughout the private areas of the residence.
