The home announces itself through a full-height pivot door dressed in radial-fluted dark timber, opening beneath a bespoke bronze chandelier suspended within a sculpted organic cove. A sunburst marble inlay of Nero Marquina and Volakas white anchors the entrance floor, its radial geometry carried upward in direct dialogue with the ceiling plane above.

The processional gallery corridor unfolds with a hand-drawn fluid mural graphite linework on bone white lit by brass sconces that make the art glow rather than simply exist. At the heart of the ground floor, a double-height courtyard performs through kinetic lighting: diamond-cut apertures casting shifting light pools across three-dimensional fan-relief wall tiles and geometric marble floors. The formal rooms drawing room, dining room, family living each shift in spatial language, from crystalline stillness to organic warmth, anchored by a woven natural fiber column housing both fireplace and flush-integrated screen.

A Volakas marble arch leads into a prayer room designed with sacred humility CNC geometric ceiling lattice, soft carpet and a single window of natural light. The master bedroom’s rough-cut coral stone headboard wall, grazed in warm amber light, transforms geology into landscape. Bathrooms in Nero marble, honey onyx and travertine each stand as jewel-box rooms in their own right. This home is not a collection of spaces. It is a complete work of architecture — composed, crafted and built with Perception.
