Located in the heart of Karachi, this 500-yard residence was thoughtfully designed as a dual-portion home, providing two completely independent living spaces for separate families.
Each portion includes 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, lounge, and dedicated service areas, ensuring privacy without compromising comfort or convenience.
The architectural design balances modern aesthetics with practical planning, featuring efficient circulation, abundant natural light, and carefully designed interior spaces.
The residence spans 3 floors and also includes a lift, rooftop gazebo, and courtyards, creating a functional home that supports contemporary family living.
